Lemons Craft BBQ was built from a passion.

What started in my backyard with a smoker, a lot of late nights, and an obsession with making great BBQ slowly turned into something much bigger than I ever imagined. I wasn’t just cooking meat — I was chasing that perfect bite. The perfect bark. The perfect smoke ring. That moment when someone takes their first bite, looks at you, and says, “Man…this is GOOD.”

And I couldn't get enough of it.

That backyard passion eventually grew into a food truck, where we took our BBQ to the streets and started sharing it with more and more people. Every event, every plate, every conversation, and every satisfied customer pushed us a little further.

Then came the dream I had been working toward:

Our own brick-and-mortar restaurant.

Lemons Craft BBQ is the next chapter of that journey.

We’re bringing the same passion, patience, and love for BBQ that started in my backyard into a place where you can come hungry, grab a tray, pick your protein, load it up with your favorite sides, grab a cold drink, and sit back and enjoy some seriously good BBQ.
